These terms govern use of this website and the online coaching services offered by MDM CONSULTING LLC, trading as Of Heaven and Earth.
ELIGIBILITY
The website and coaching services are intended for women aged 18 and over who can legally enter into an agreement.
NATURE OF COACHING
Of Heaven and Earth provides coaching and educational support relating to relationships, intimacy, sexuality, embodiment, communication, pleasure, boundaries and self-awareness. Coaching is collaborative, and no particular outcome is promised.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice or a substitute for treatment by a licensed professional.
DISCOVERY CALLS
A discovery call is an initial conversation. It does not create an ongoing coaching relationship unless both parties expressly agree to work together.
PAID SERVICES
The scope, schedule, price and payment terms for paid coaching will be communicated and agreed separately before services begin. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will also be provided before purchase.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You remain responsible for your choices, wellbeing and decisions. You may pause, decline or redirect an invitation during a session and should seek appropriate professional or emergency support when needed.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Coaching communications are treated as confidential, subject to applicable law, agreed service providers, safeguarding obligations and circumstances involving serious and imminent risk. Coaching communications are not legally privileged.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may link to services such as Cal.com, Zoom and Instagram. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original website content and coaching materials belong to or are licensed to MDM CONSULTING LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission, except for permitted personal use.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where a client lives.
