PLEASURE & SEXUALITY
Feeling more connected to pleasure, desire and erotic aliveness—without making your sexuality another place to perform.
PRIVATE 1:1 COACHING FOR WOMEN
More pleasure. More intimacy. More honesty in love. More freedom to be fully yourself in relationship.
Or perhaps you can’t quite name it yet—you simply know there is something you want to feel, experience or live more fully.
We can begin there.
BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
Maybe there’s a part of your life that looks perfectly fine from the outside, but doesn’t feel quite as alive as you want it to.
Maybe you want to enjoy sex without thinking your way through it. To feel more at home in your body. To ask for what you want without immediately wondering whether it’s too much.
Maybe you long for deeper intimacy, but notice yourself pulling away when someone gets close. Or you’re learning how to receive love, attention or pleasure without needing to earn it first.
You may know exactly what you want—or only have a feeling that something more is possible.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin.
SEX, LOVE & RELATIONSHIP COACHING
The work is personal, so no two coaching relationships look exactly the same. These are some of the places we might explore together:
Feeling more connected to pleasure, desire and erotic aliveness—without making your sexuality another place to perform.
Exploring how you love, attach, open, protect yourself, communicate and allow yourself to be met.
Developing a more intimate relationship with sensation, emotion and the signals you notice within yourself.
Getting closer to what you actually want—and becoming more able to give it language, make requests and let your desires exist in relationship.
Exploring your yes, your no and everything in between, so your choices can feel increasingly like your own.
Making more room for softness, sensuality, receptivity and feminine expression in ways that feel authentic to you.
DESIRE-LED / EMBODIED / RESPONSIVE
You might come to a session with a clear desire, a question, something that happened in your relationship—or simply a feeling you want to understand more deeply.
We begin there, with curiosity, and allow the conversation to move into experience.
I may invite you to notice a sensation, follow an emotion, work with breath or movement, explore an image or inner part, or experience something in your body rather than only understanding it intellectually.
There is no fixed sequence of exercises you need to complete.
What we do is shaped by what you want, what is present for you and what feels appropriate in that moment.

You can know that you deserve pleasure and still find it difficult to receive.
You can understand your boundaries and still lose touch with them in the moment.
You can know what you want to say and feel your whole body tighten when it is time to say it.
This is why our work can include the body.
This is why our work can include the body.
Not because your body has a secret answer I can interpret for you, but because sensation, emotion, movement and embodied experience can give us another way to explore what is happening—and another place from which something new can become possible.

A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
I’m not here to tell you what you should want, what your relationship should look like or what a sensation in your body means.
My role is to listen closely, ask questions, offer reflections and practices, and create a space where we can explore what becomes meaningful together.
You bring your curiosity, your honesty and your willingness to participate in your own process.
You can slow down. You can say no. You can change direction. You can tell me when something doesn’t resonate.
Your experience belongs to you.
INTEGRATION
What we explore together isn’t meant to stay inside our sessions.
A new awareness might change what you notice in a relationship. A boundary might begin to feel clearer. A desire might ask to be expressed. Something you experienced in your body might become available to you in an entirely ordinary moment.
We may also choose a practice, reflection, experiment or action that allows you to keep exploring between sessions.
Because ultimately, the work is not only what happens when we meet. It is what begins to become possible in the way you feel, choose, relate, receive and live.

MY APPROACH
This is not about becoming a more perfected version of yourself.
I’m drawn to the places where sexuality meets emotion, where desire meets relationship, and where the things we understand intellectually become something we can actually feel.
I bring structure when it supports the work, curiosity when we don’t yet know the answer, and respect for your own timing, boundaries and knowing throughout.
This is not about becoming a more perfected version of yourself.
It is about becoming more available to your own experience—and to the life, love, intimacy and pleasure you genuinely want to live.
YOU DON’T NEED THE PERFECT WORDS.
A clearer desire. A question about sex or love. Something that keeps happening in relationship. A part of yourself you want to know differently. Or simply the sense that you are ready for more.
We can begin with a conversation about where you are, what you want and whether working together feels like the right next step.
